Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of academy.grezitech.com and to any course you enroll on with Grezitech Academy, a trading name of Grezitech Company Limited (“Grezitech Academy”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, enrolling or paying for a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate details when you create an account, and keep them up to date.
  • Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login details or give anyone else access to your course.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to create an account or enroll.

2. Courses and how they are delivered

  • Our courses combine self-paced lessons on this website, live classes on Google Meet (usually at weekends), hands-on labs and a WhatsApp group for each cohort.
  • Cohort start dates, schedules and course content are shown on each course page. We may make reasonable changes to schedules, content or instructors, and will tell enrolled students about any significant change in advance.
  • You need your own computer and a reliable internet connection to take part.

3. Fees and payment

  • Course fees are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) on each course page. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
  • Installments: where we agree an installment plan with you, each payment must be made by its due date. If an installment is more than 7 days late, we may pause your access to the course until it is paid.
  • Your enrollment is confirmed once we receive your payment, or your first installment where a plan has been agreed.

4. Scholarships

  • Scholarships cover 90% of the course fee, and are awarded at our discretion to eligible applicants. Places are limited.
  • Scholarship recipients pay the remaining 10% of the fee in one payment before the course starts. Installment plans are not available with a scholarship.
  • A scholarship applies to the cohort it was awarded for and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • We may withdraw a scholarship if the information in the application was false, or if a recipient stops taking part in the course without a good reason.

5. Cancellations, refunds and transfers

  • Before the cohort starts: if you cancel before your cohort’s start date, we will refund the fees you have paid in full.
  • After the cohort starts: fees are not refundable once your cohort has started. You may instead transfer, once and free of charge, to the next available cohort of the same course, as long as you ask before the end of the second week.
  • If we cancel: if we cancel a cohort, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next cohort.
  • To cancel or transfer, email [email protected]. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 working days.

6. Certificates

  • We issue a certificate when you complete a course and meet its requirements, such as completing the lessons, labs and assessments.
  • Each certificate has a unique ID that employers and others can check on our certificate verification page.
  • Grezitech Academy courses are our own programmes. They are not official vendor courses (for example, from Cisco), unless a course page clearly says so, and do not include vendor exam vouchers unless stated.
  • We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, plagiarism or false information.

7. Acceptable conduct

To keep our classes and groups useful and safe for everyone, you agree not to:

  • harass, abuse or discriminate against other students or staff, in classes, on WhatsApp or anywhere else;
  • submit someone else’s work as your own, or share assessment answers;
  • use any skills, tools or techniques taught on our courses to access systems, networks or data without authorisation. Our security training is for defensive and lawful purposes only;
  • post spam, advertising or unrelated content in cohort groups; or
  • attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to this website.

If you break these rules, we may remove you from a class or group, or suspend or close your account, without a refund.

8. Course materials and intellectual property

  • All course materials, including lessons, videos, labs, slides and documents, belong to Grezitech Company Limited or its licensors.
  • You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, share, publish or record them, or share live class links, without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • We will deliver our courses with reasonable care and skill, as described on the course pages.
  • Our courses are designed to build job-ready skills, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam or get a job.
  • We are not responsible for problems caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or third-party services such as Google Meet or WhatsApp being unavailable.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any course is limited to the fees you paid for it.

10. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes will not affect a course you have already paid for, unless the change is required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. If we cannot, it may be referred to the courts of Nigeria.
